The WLANPros Troubleshooting Boot Camp is an intensive, hands-on training program designed to help Wi-Fi professionals move beyond basic concepts and develop deep troubleshooting skills across the full wireless ecosystem. The course immerses students in real-world labs covering RADIUS, security and encryption, 802.1X, alongside foundational wired concepts, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.
Participants use a variety of tools — cable testers, spectrum analyzers, protocol analyzers, packet captures, and survey software — to analyze RF conditions, interference, client behavior, and network performance, while learning to identify and resolve issues from Layer 1 through the higher layers. With a focus on practical, lab-driven experience and no unnecessary theory or marketing, attendees leave with actionable skills and tools they can apply immediately.

No. The class is vendor neutral. You'll use tools from multiple vendors — Wi-Fi Explorer Pro, Hamina, Sidos, NetAlly, NetViews, Wavelify, Orb, Wireshark, NetViews, and more — because the real world is multi-vendor and no single tool answers every question. There are no sales pitches.
